Green tea diet aid

Lately
there's been a lot of buzz regarding
green tea as a diet
aid online, offline and in the
news, so much that even hollywood
has caught on and joined the green tea diet bandwagon. So,
what is the big deal about green tea? That's what I used to
think and finally one day the secret of green
tea revealed itself!
A close girlfriend of mine
convinced me to join her in losing weight and taking a
weight loss challenge. The challenge was to drop 10 lbs in
one month. Did I accept? You bet I did, I always love a good
challenge especially if it's one that'll benefit me, in this
case losing weight which otherwise would've seemed like a
chore had she not presented the challenge.
Welcome! My name is Sheila Zoep
and the goal of creating this site is to help others like my
former self by providing information on the benefits of
green tea and green tea benefits in losing weight and green
tea as a diet aid.
Why green tea?
If you're anything like me
you've probably bought tons of books on weight loss and
dieting and even joined a fitness club just to convince
yourself that you're taking some action to lose weight BUT
in the end you've done nothing but waste time and money.
In my case green tea was the
missing link that helped me achieve what I wanted which was
to lose weight naturally and gradually. Now, you might ask
why anyone would want to lose weight gradually. In this fast
paced world of ours quick fixes are the norm and anything
that requires effort is considered a waste of time.
Well, my friends as I discovered
even though I was disappointed, when it comes to weight loss
there isn’t a quick fix and if there is; such as crash
diets; the negative results outweigh the positive. BUT if
you’re focused enough and informed like I was then losing
weight especially with green tea will no longer be a
mystery.
Green tea as a diet aid in
conjunction with a diet and exercise program works and as
mentioned above I’ll do my best to reveal to you how and why
green tea the “new old super compound” works not only for
losing weight but also provides a myriad of health
benefits.
